Refund Policy
Effective date: July 2026
1. Requesting a refund
Refund requests must be submitted through our support page or by email to support@abconlinedriving.com. Include the student's name, account email, program, purchase date, and reason for the request.
2. Online-course purchases
A request made before substantial course use may be eligible for a full or partial refund, subject to review. Refund eligibility may be reduced or unavailable after significant course access, completed lessons, completed quizzes or exams, issued certificates, downloaded or delivered records, or other services already performed.
3. Duplicate or incorrect charges
Verified duplicate charges or payment-processing errors will be corrected. Contact support promptly so we can investigate the transaction before a payment dispute is filed.
4. Student eligibility and program selection
Students and purchasers are responsible for selecting the correct state and program and for meeting applicable eligibility requirements. We will review requests involving an accidental program selection or documented ineligibility, but enrollment mistakes do not automatically guarantee a refund after course access or services have begun.
5. Behind-the-wheel, scheduling, and additional services
Behind-the-wheel lessons, road-test services, vehicle rental, scheduling, and other add-on services may have separate cancellation deadlines, no-show fees, or refund conditions shown at booking. A late cancellation or missed appointment may be nonrefundable because instructor, vehicle, and school time was reserved.
6. Nonrefundable items
Unless required by law or approved after review, refunds may not be available for:
- Completed courses or substantially completed coursework.
- Certificates already issued or submitted for official processing.
- Completed lessons, appointments, evaluations, or administrative services.
- No-shows or cancellations made outside an applicable cancellation window.
- Accounts suspended or terminated for fraud, cheating, impersonation, or serious misuse.
7. Approved refunds
Approved refunds are normally sent to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and financial institution. Transaction, administrative, or completed-service amounts may be deducted when permitted and disclosed.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in account suspension and submission of relevant enrollment, access, progress, and transaction records to the payment provider.
9. Policy changes
We may update this policy as programs, services, or legal requirements change. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will be considered together with any mandatory legal protections.
