- Order, payment, refund, and transaction records. Payment-card details are processed by our payment provider and are not intended to be stored directly by ABC Online Driving.
- Device, browser, IP address, page activity, and other security or diagnostic information.
- Messages, support tickets, feedback, and other information you voluntarily provide.
2. How we use information

- Create and secure user accounts.
- Enroll students and deliver state-specific driver-education programs.
- Track attendance, lesson time, progress, quizzes, and course completion.
- Generate, display, verify, and maintain learner and final certificates.
- Review learner-permit submissions and unlock eligible behind-the-wheel services.
- Manage schools, instructors, schedules, vehicles, and student services.
- Process payments, receipts, cancellations, and refunds.
- Send verification codes, course notices, reminders, support responses, and service-related communications.

3. Student and minor information
Some programs may serve students who are minors. We may request parent or guardian information, approval, signatures, or participation when required by the applicable program or law. Parents or guardians should help minors use the platform accurately and securely.

We may use cookies or similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember settings, support security controls, measure site usage, and improve platform performance. Your browser may allow you to limit cookies, but some account or course features may not work correctly without them.
5. How information may be shared

We do not sell student personal information for money.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain course and certificate records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal or regulatory requirements. Retention periods may differ by record type and applicable state rules.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Users must protect their login information and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
8. Your choices and requests
You may review certain profile and course information from your account. Some identity, course, certificate, or regulatory records cannot be edited directly by a student. To request access, correction, or another privacy-related action, contact support. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
9. Third-party links and services
The platform may link to government websites, map providers, payment services, or other third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

We may update this policy as the platform, services, or legal requirements change. The effective date shown above will be revised when material updates are published.
